Improving Your Game

Teaching Academy

At the Minchinhampton Teaching Academy we have a team of experienced PGA qualified Golf Professionals to help you with your game.

AcademyFor the beginners we run regular golf taster sessions and beginner group classes. Junior starters have try golf days and the junior academy which will give all youngsters the opportunity to enjoy the game, become part of the club whilst becoming competent at playing the game of golf.

More experienced players can take individual lessons with one of the Professional team and have a course of lessons tailored to suit their own individual requirements. Lessons are given in the teaching studios on the range and include high quality video playback and analysis.

The Academy also has a performance custom fitting room where golf clubs can be tried out and fitted to the player. To assist with finding the correct golf clubs a state of the art Flightscope ball launch monitor is used to track and measure the performance of the player and the clubs.

rangeAvailable only to our Members and visiting green fee guests, the Club enjoys some of the best practice facilities offered by any Club in the South West.
